Vietnam Incentive Experience 2025 | 800 Pax Leisure & Conference Movement

A large-scale 800-pax incentive movement successfully executed across Vietnam in November 2025, combining leisure, conferences, and curated group experiences over 9 days. Annex MICE India managed the complete end-to-end operations including international flight bookings, hotel accommodations, conference venue management, on-ground logistics, airport assistance, intercity transfers, and conference activations. The project was designed to deliver a seamless balance of business engagement and experiential travel, ensuring smooth coordination and premium hospitality throughout the Vietnam journey.
